In the menu of product families on our website you will find the product categories of our company.
By clicking on the categories you can see the subfamilies and the products that compose it.
2.- Product selection.
When viewing the products you can select the desired one in two ways.
1) Buy directly by pressing the buy button and the item will be added to your shopping cart directly.
2) Press the view button or on the product photo and you will see the details of the product before your purchase.
This option will be necessary in the case of having sizes or colors.
3.- Confirm order.
Once your purchase is finished, press the "confirm" button and follow the steps of your purchase where you can check your delivery address, select shipping and payment method.
You also have the option to save your cart and modify or add products later before confirming your purchase, shipment and payment method.
4.-Shipping and payment methods.
Transportation costs are automatically added to the shopping cart when the items to be purchased are added.
The payment of the order can be made by credit card, bank transfer or account deposit.
5.-Availability of products and delivery.
All our products are subject to their availability (although we try to have them all in stock) all the products on our website that are available for purchase or that indicate that they are in stock must be in stock except for error, in case of not having in Stock any item of your order will be indicated, if you have not received any notification it means that all your order is in stock and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Normally the delivery of orders will be carried out immediately within 24/48 hours, except for extremely large or heavy items and the transport is delayed.
6.-Returns.
The purchased items have a period of 14 days for their return counted from the day of purchase according to current legislation.
The product must be in perfect condition in its original packaging perfectly arranged for its new sale, returns of manipulated, damaged items or without their original packaging (if any) will not be accepted.
Returns must be made with transport costs on behalf of the customer and complying with the regulations of dates and status of the products. Your amount will be returned in the same way that the payment was made.
